Anything involving tax liens can be quite confusing. In Real Estate Vietnam, people are properly briefed about such subjects so as it is clear to them before they acquire such properties.

It would be great if you'd discuss what tax liens are. I'm trying to learn a lot about real estate as I'm close to buying a Property in Vietnam which I've been interested in for months now.
