Final week and ramp-up to Convention!

This is an exciting time for your old Executive Director. We're going to have a great convention, and I have to remember that perfect is not the enemy of good -- it won't be perfect, yet I think we've done an awful lot to enjoy that attendees receive great bang for their buck.

I've watched the interview I did with Mike Butler while on the Carnival Miracle a couple more times, and I'm telling you, I'm really looking forward to Friday's sessions with both Shaun and Mike. Three hours with each of these fellows is going to be great. And we're so organized on this that I think I'm actually going to get to relax and enjoy just sitting down and taking copius notes! While I've bought without banks multiple times, I'm really curious about how Mike uses just one of his techniques that lets him buy with 0% interest. I think he's going to reveal some strategies that could really get an investor rollin' especially in this buyers market!

And, I can't wait to hear our members picking Shaun's brain on how to get money from banks, and with their permission!

Incidentally, I just set up another option for folks who just want to attend the Marriott only events, starting on Friday night. I don't know why anyone would want to miss the Friday advanced training workshops -- if I had to, I'd call in sick that day to participate, even if I didn't register in time to get the provided luncheon. Everyone who is pre-registered will have a seat at the Luncheon table, but if you're late, you can catch a bite someplace else. But, by all means, if we still have a slot, just about any RE investor is going to learn something worth their time and effort on Friday.
