Contractor's List

As a direct benefit to members of Two Rivers REIA, several members have contributed the names of contractors whom they have worked with, like, or have received a good referral about, and we've made that list available via Google docs.

Unfortunately, the list requires some maintenance, for authorizing members to view, add, or edit. So it's a bit cumbersome from a time investment point of view. This is SO much more advantageous to rehabbers than just picking up the yellow pages, or surfing the web, trying to find the name of someone you can trust, yet the deliver mechanism is cumbersome.

What I'm thinking of offering instead is a means of accessing a listing that would be available once members login to the "members only" portion of the website. That way, our focus can just be on maintaining an accurate list of who should have access.

I'm obviously leaning in that direction but am seeking comments. Post those here, or send a private email to me.
